03Meet Becky
Becky Davidson has called the South Bay home since 1993 and knows its neighborhoods block by block, from El Segundo, Manhattan and Hermosa to Redondo, Torrance, the Hollywood Riviera and Palos Verdes.
A former elementary school teacher, she earned her license in 2011 and was named Rookie of the Year at Shorewood Realtors. Fifteen years on, she has closed more than 240 homes and $205 million in sales, much of it with past clients and the people they send her way.
She knows which improvements return their cost, which buyers are most likely to compete for a home, and how to spot a problem before it surfaces.
“The biggest strategy has been becoming deeply connected to the community I serve.”
Becky in Southbay Magazine, Women of the South Bay 2026
04Selling with Becky
A coastal home deserves more than a sign and a listing. Becky runs each sale as a campaign: prepared, priced and presented to the buyers most likely to compete for it, with the reach of Estate Properties, a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® and Luxury Portfolio International®.
Pricing built on what is actually trading across the beach cities and the Peninsula right now, not a county average or an algorithm.
Which improvements return their cost and which don’t. Stagers, painters, contractors and cleaners, coordinated for you.
Editorial photography and film, print, targeted social and an email audience of 12,000, released as one campaign.
A seller report every week: showings, buyer feedback, online views and what comes next.
Results range from full-price off-market sales to $130,000 over asking after a single open house.
05Communities
Becky works from Riviera Village and represents buyers and sellers from El Segundo to the Palos Verdes Peninsula, and across Los Angeles.
06In their words
I am a licensed real estate broker and general contractor and they did a better job than I could have done.
…helping us sell our home — quickly and for several hundred thousand dollars more than the asking price.
What a lucky day for me, when in Spring of 2022, Becky Davidson knocked on my door.
07Your home’s value
A real read from someone who knows your street, not an automated estimate.
