Is this free?
Yes, and there is no obligation. Becky does this for homeowners who are two years out as readily as for people listing next month.
Do you need to see the house?
Not for a first number. A walk-through makes the range tighter, because condition, layout and the view from the backyard do not show up in MLS data.
How is this different from a Zestimate?
An online estimate is a model built on tax records and averages. Becky’s opinion uses closed sales on your street, the condition of your home and what buyers are paying for right now.
What happens with my information?
It goes to Becky and no one else. She will not add you to a list you did not ask for. Privacy.
