Through Compass, a home can launch as a Coming Soon or Private Exclusive and reach buyers before the public listing date. Through Estate Properties it reaches the Luxury Portfolio International and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World networks.

Seaside, block by block
Seaside is a South Torrance neighborhood a few minutes from Riviera Village and Torrance Beach, with its own neighborhood association and a holiday-lights tradition that draws visitors from across the South Bay every December. Both agents live there. Jenna has sold homes there for more than two decades; Becky grew up nearby and raises her daughter there now.
