Privacy
What this site collects, and what Becky does with it.
Short version: forms go to Becky, the newsletter goes to the people who asked for it, and nothing is sold.
Effective October 29, 2026. This site, beckyhomes.com, is operated by Becky Davidson, a REALTOR® with Estate Properties (Beachside Ventures, Inc., DRE# 01879720), 1901 S. Catalina Ave, Redondo Beach, CA 90277. This page explains what the site collects and what Becky does with it.
What is collected
- What you type into a form. Name, email address, phone number, property address, timeline and any message you include. You choose what to send.
- Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address, so Becky can send the monthly market notes you asked for.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, the device and browser you use, and how you reached the site, collected through Squarespace and, when enabled, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. These tools use cookies.
What it is used for
- To answer your request: a valuation, a showing, a question, or first access to a coming-soon listing.
- To send market notes and listing announcements you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages are useful and to improve the site.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to Becky through a form service, stored in her email and contact system, and, if you subscribed, added to her email list, which runs on Mailchimp. Site hosting is Squarespace. Analytics and advertising measurement, when enabled, are provided by Google and Meta under their own privacy policies. Becky does not sell your personal information and does not share it with other agents or marketers.
Text messages
If you give a phone number, Becky may call or text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out and HELP for help. Giving a phone number is optional and is never a condition of any service.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it, or by emailing becky@beckydavidsonhomes.com.
- California residents may ask what personal information Becky holds about them, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and will not be treated differently for asking. Email the address above with “privacy request” in the subject line. Becky does not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
- You can block cookies in your browser. The site still works without them.
Children
This site is for adults. Becky does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
