About Becky
A former elementary school teacher who followed her mother into real estate, Becky Davidson has sold 240+ homes and more than $205 million from El Segundo to Palos Verdes. She lives in Seaside with her husband, Anthony, and their daughter, Mia.

01The path
Becky Davidson has called the South Bay home since 1993. She went to Calle Mayor Middle School and South High in Torrance and spent much of her childhood in Manhattan Beach, where her father lived. The neighborhoods she sells today are the ones she grew up in, and she has watched them change street by street.
Her path to real estate ran through the classroom and through her mother, Jenna Christensen. After several years as an elementary school teacher, shuffled between grades and schools and pink-slipped more than once, Becky decided to build something of her own. She took Jenna’s long-standing advice, earned her license in 2011 and was named Rookie of the Year at Shorewood Realtors in her first year.
Fifteen years on: 240+ homes sold, more than $205 million in sales and a #11 company-wide ranking at Estate Properties in 2026, with much of that business coming from past clients and the people they send her way.
02How she works
Sellers get a strategist, not a door-opener. Becky knows which improvements return their cost, targets the buyers most likely to compete for a home, and works a deep local network that includes buyers who never see the MLS. Results range from full-price off-market sales to $130,000 over asking after one open house. She sees problems before they surface and manages every detail from prep to close, with a written report every week the home is listed.
Becky takes an investigative approach: she listens to what you want, never pushes a home that is not the right match, guides you through multiple-offer situations, and, through her network, opens doors to off-market homes most buyers never see. Her buyer clients’ purchases over the last five years ranged from $490,000 to $3.7 million.
03Seaside
Nowhere is Becky’s local knowledge deeper than Seaside, the South Torrance neighborhood where she lives. She knows it block by block: its pockets, its architectural styles, the details that make one street more sought-after than the next. Quiet streets within walking distance of all three local schools, holiday traditions, and the beach and Riviera Village a short drive away.
She is a business partner of the Seaside Neighborhood Association and the treasurer of her HOA, and she co-lists Seaside and South Torrance homes with her mother, Jenna, who has lived in the neighborhood for more than 30 years. About Becky and Jenna →

04Family life
Outside of real estate, Becky’s favorite role is mom to her daughter, Mia, and wife to her husband, Anthony. Weekends look like beach days, local parks, soccer games, swim lessons and ice cream runs to Riviera Village and Malaga Cove, often with cousins in tow.
She has kept the same book club running since 2018. For Becky, being part of the South Bay means not just working here but contributing to the community she calls home, which is also why she answers her own phone: the people calling are usually neighbors.
